Yep, that's right! I'm ending this blog right here, right now.  I've been horrible at updating and I'm not sure who reads this blog because I don't get any feedback.

life lately, according to my phone:

eight months:

At eight months Jem is crawling everywhere!  She is all over the place and I always catch her holding onto the TV stand trying to stand up.  It is so funny to her when she is standing up.

Her bottom two teeth are almost all out.  She likes playing with her shadow, loves singing and dancing and loves to be tickled.  She is very attached to mommy, but always looks for daddy.  She even cries for daddy now :)

Reading books to Jem was fun because she would sit quietly and listen to the story.  One day she started turning the pages all by herself.  It was the cutest thing!  I got it on video, but my cell phone won't upload it for some reason.  She went for about a week of turning pages in a book.  Then, books turned into "toys".  She is no longer interested in the story, instead wants to throw the book and rip out the pages :(

seven months:

At seven months, Jem has started scooting and standing.  She waves HI to strangers and mostly to her daddy.  She especially gets happy when her daddy comes home from work.  She has two bottom teeth coming through!!

Jem and her tiny hands learned how to high-five!  She is a smart little one.  She learned how to high-five on the second try.  Next time you see her, ask her to give you a high five :)

Jem is now 6 months old.  She can drink from a cup, sit up on her own and rolls her way around the living room floor.  Here are some shots of her during Thanksgiving lunch at GG's house (Great Grandma's house).

A couple weeks ago we visited the Cal Poly pumpkin patch.  We found the cutest little witch brewing up some pumpkin juice.

welcome baby Laila!

On September 28, Jem's new cousin Laila, arrived!  We got to meet her when she was just 11 days old.  She is so sweet and tiny but we can tell she's going to be tall!
